A: We are a factory, OEM, ODM service is provided.

Q2: What's your payment term?
 A: Usually, we accept T/T, For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

Q3: How to order your led rigid bar?
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email or you can ask us to send you a Performa invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
 1) Product information : Size,Quantity (other request ,if you have any special request)
 2) Delivery time required.
 3) Shipping information: Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea      port.
 4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.

Q4: Can we order a sample before mass production?
 A: Yes, sample order is available, and it will take 5-7 days to finished usually.Sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.

Q5: How to pay express charges if order samples?
 A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS  account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by  freight collected. And we can calculate the express freight for  you to compare if necessary, If choose ours, then pay the freight charge directly to our company account, we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
